You will be charged $189.95† for your phone rental at the time of your order. Once we receive back your phone rental, we will credit your credit card, minus the fee for the rental period you requested. Please note late fees may be accessed if applicable.
Each cellular phone rental comes complete with:
- One (1) hand-held GSM phone
- One (1) re-chargeable battery
- One (1) dual-voltage charger
- International plug adapters
- Instructions
If you receive your rental devoid of any of these parts or accessories, please contact us immediately so that we can send you a replacement and to prevent you from being billed for missing parts.
The rental of a GSM phone does not include a SIM card, which is required to operate the GSM phone. If you do not have a working SIM card, you may purchase one from us.
GSM Phone Rental Return:
When you are ready to return your rental phone, call our office and inform our sales staff. Please have your order or invoice number ready before calling. We will have a UPS Pickup Tag emailed to your email address. Please remember that when renting a phone from us, you must have a valid email address along with a working computer and printer. When you receive the pickup tag, print it out, put it on your return package and call UPS at 1-800-PICK-UPS to schedule your pickup, or find UPS locations where you can drop your rental off. Your rental ends the day in which UPS picks up your package.
* Additional weeks are calculated for weeks in addition to a 3-week rental period. Charges are applied for each additional week.
