Activating Your Service:
Simply make a call in order to activate your service. Your phone service is valid for 9 months from the day of activation. Each use or recharge will extend your service life for an additional 9 months from the date of the recharge.
Your Phone Number:
You will have a European phone number, regardless of where you are traveling. Your phone number will be clearly marked in your Omni SIM card.
Checking your Call Credit:
You may check your credit at any time by dialing (925) 681-4791 or using our website.
Making and Receiving Calls:
When you make a call, charges begin only when the other party answers the call or if it goes to voicemail. Outgoing and incoming call charges are based on 60-second intervals. Important: You must have at least $ 1 of credit available on your account to receive incoming calls. If you exhaust your credit, you will NOT be able to receive free incoming calls in Zone 1 & 2.
Adding Talk Time:
Talk time can be added to your card though us. Check our ordering page to find the most convenient method for you to contact us.
Voice Mail:
If you cannot be reached, your handset is busy or you are unable to answer your phone,
your calls are automatically diverted to your Omni SIM mailbox. To change the standard
settings, dial EasyCode “077” and follow the instructions. EasyCode “077” also allows you to
listen to your mailbox messages. If you would like to access your Omni SIM mailbox from
another phone, dial your Omni SIM phone number, press hash (#), enter your mailbox
code (on your SIM card), press hash again and follow the instructions.
SMS:
Omni SIM allows you to send and receive text messages (SMS). Simply type your message
using the key pad of your phone, and then send it. For further instructions, please refer
to your handset user guide. If your phone displays “Message not sent”, this either means
that the destination number cannot be reached or that you have run out of credit.
Diverting calls:
This feature allows you to divert incoming calls. Dial EasyCode “066” and follow the prompts

EasyCode “094” or call +423 663 09 99 11 from any phone.
Service Life:
